Required TDap Immunization

Parents and gaurdians…A new school law requires all students  entering 7th through 12th grades in the 2011-2012 school year in California to be immunized with a pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine booster called T-dap.  You must provide clear documentation before your children are allowed to sit in class.  Please visit http://www.shotsforschool.org/index.html for helpful information.
