Spring Fundraiser Plans Underway

Preparations for our eighth annual Spring Fundraiser Dinner/Auction are underway and we need your help.  It will take place on Saturday, March 21 at Cornerstone Community Church in Chowchilla.  Our theme this year is Spring Fling.  Heading up this event is Diana Palmer.  Our Procurement Chairperson is Karla Houweling.  The Decorating Committee will be chaired by Kristen Price, Tricia Iest, and Richelle Iest.  Here are some ways you can get involved:  1 – Ask businesses that you visit regularly if they would donate an item to our live or silent auction.  If not, perhaps they would be a corporate sponsor, which means they would give a cash donation to the school.  Procurement forms (for donated items) and Corporate Sponsorship forms are available in the school office .  Karla Houweling is heading this committee and needs all of our help.  2 – Invite people to attend the event.  Tickets are $35 each or $250 for a table of eight.  3 – Attend the event yourself.  4 – Donate an item or a service such as a swimming pool party for eight at your home, a day of fishing at the lake, 4 music lessons or cooking lessons, 2 hours of pitching lessons, a decorated birthday cake, etc.  Anything you like to do or make is something that someone else would probably want to bid on at the silent auction.  5 – Bring in any baskets and gift packing materials you have at home.  We need lots of these for the silent auction items.  Talk to any of the above mentioned people or call the school office for more information.  We really do need your help.   This fundraiser helps keep tuition costs down.  Thank you for your participation.
