Mrs. Rachel Owens

HI! I am Mrs. Owens and I am the 8th grade teacher here at Crossroads. I have been blessed to be a part of CCS since 2005. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from West Coast Baptist College and I am certified through ACSI. I am married to my wonderful husband, Rian, and we have two children, Riley and Ryder, who both attend Crossroads. I enjoy spending time with my family, floating on the river, watching baseball games, reading and photography. It is a joy to see the Lord working in the lives of my students and their families as we faithfully serve Him each day. One of my favorite verses is from Psalm 37:4-5. I have found that when we take delight in the Lord and commit our ways to Him that the desires of our heart begin to change to become what the Lord desires for us. There is no better place than in the center of God’s will and allowing him to direct our steps. My prayer is that each of my students will know the Lord, experience a personal relationship with Him, and become a lifetime follower of Him.
